Of course you are looking for a room in Enschede, then we might be looking for you The room that becomes available is downstairs and will be available in September. The room is just over 13 square meters and has its own sink with mirror and a TV and internet connection. The room costs approximately €388 per month and the rent includes service costs, cleaning, gas, water, electricity, internet and TV. Our house consists of 4 rooms. At the moment we live with 4 girls but unfortunately one of them is leaving so we are looking for a new roommate (student) to complement our house. We like to have dinner together in the evening, watch a movie together or just have a raunchy night of drinking! We don't have a general living room, but all doors are always open so you won't notice anything. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Furthermore, the house has been renovated so everything looks super neat. There is also a cleaner once a week who cleans the common areas (super chil). Our house is also really in a top spot! A 5-minute walk to Saxion, a 3-minute bike ride to the city and a 15-minute bike ride to uni. Not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but nice and close. ?
