That is why Crib van Dick is looking for a new cozy roommate as of April 11! Our house is centrally located, because with a 3-minute walk you are at the old market and with 3 minutes by bike you are at the station. Furthermore, Saxion is a 3-minute bike ride away and the UT is a 15-minute bike ride away. Ideal, right? We live in an old mansion, located above lunchroom 'Heel Bijzonder'. In our spacious backyard there is room to eat, bbq and drink in the summer. In our house we have no obligations, where everyone does their own thing. We do visit each other and have a chat in the hallway. In the evening we eat with the people who feel like it and have time for it! Furthermore, the house has a cozy kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and a dining/living room. We try to keep the common areas a bit neat and clean, so we expect you to do the same :).
