TranslateWe, working as a visual artist ourselves, have a furnished room available for rent and offer it for shorter periods up to a maximum of 9 months for 1 exchange student or intern who does not smoke. The bright room is part of a completely renovated independent floor and has an area of ± 14 m2 with a small balcony. You have access to kitchen, shower and toilet that is occasionally used by guests of ours. We live and sleep on the ground floor and have two rooms in use on the floor where the room is rented. Located in the lively Valkenbos district, opposite the district office and around the corner from the Weimarstraat.Er are many shops nearby and is easily accessible by tram 2 and 3.De rent for the room is € 600, - including, gas, light water and internet.
