There is outdoor space to store a bike and there is a car parking space.The minimal rental period is 6 months. The cost is 825 per month, rent 675 + utilities 150. Students are very welcome, but preference goes to professionals and PHDs.A deposit of €675 is required.The furniture in the bedroom can be bought from the previous tenant for a small sum, if you would like, but you can of course bring your own furniture if you prefer.A little about me, I am 28 years old and from Ireland.
