TranslateHi! We are a cozy house consisting of 4 boys and we are looking for a 5th roommate. Three of us study at Saxion or the UT, and one of us has now graduated. We like a relaxed atmosphere in the house, with few obligations, but we also like to do something fun together or just chill on the couch. Our house has 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a nice backyard on the south, a shed for bicycles, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The room that is available is located on the 1st floor and is approximately 7 m2 in size. The rent of €330 per month consists of a basic rent of €210 and €120 in service costs. The rental price includes gas, water, electricity, TV and internet. Supermarket and bus stop are both within walking distance, so nice and handy!
