Student house CAST is a men's house on the Enschede canal. Located 5 minutes by bike to the center and 10 to the university, there is no complaining about the location. The house has existed since 1983 and is inhabited by 6 male students with different studies from the University or Saxion. The building is well maintained and equipped with the necessary luxury including a self-built jacuzzi, a home cinema with beamer and a nice house car. Of course, all to make the tough student life a little more pleasant. The vacant room has its own sink and is well maintained. In addition to the rental costs and G/W/E, general items such as the house car, cleaning products, bread, milk, coffee and so on are included in the price. We have been the owner of our own building for several years now, thanks in part to investments from former residents. As a result, we never have problems with a landlord and we have a lot of contact with the former residents, for example during the annual Christmas dinner.
