Cozy student house is looking for roommate! Located almost parallel to the people's park, a few minutes by bike from Saxion and less than 15 minutes from the University of Twente, is a very cozy detached student house with many different, but all great students. In a house where nothing is compulsory, but everything is allowed, everyone is given the space to do their own thing, but above all to regularly do fun things together. Every evening there is a party during dinner, where they cook in pairs and then dine with the nine in the shared living room. Afterwards we enjoy a cup of coffee and a beer. Our typical mansion is characterized by debauchery and noisiness. It is therefore very much appreciated to let them know that you are home when you enter by loudly shouting something through the house. Our spacious backyard is often a base for year clubs or fraternities, where loud music, a barbecue and a large fire are not to be missed. In addition to the coziness of a mansion, we also like it very much when our lovely cleaning lady comes by for the weekly cleaning. In addition to the beautiful spontaneous evenings, we also have some annual traditions, namely: the house weekend, the house reunion, Sinterklaas and the Christmas dinner. There is also a homemade hot tub in our spacious backyard with accompanying bar. Every year, the legendary PPP house party is organized, where more than 100 students in costume eat 1000 half liters of euro shopper until the early hours of the morning.
