Dutch speaking only! CasaNova is looking for two new roommates! We are a mixed student house with 10 residents, 5 men and 5 women. As of mid-April and May 1, two rooms will become available for new housemates! Our house is located on De Heurne, within crawling distance of the pub in the heart of Enschede. The upholstered room is about 24 square meters and has two large windows. With four others on the floor, you share two toilets and a shower. The rent is €450 including GWL. In our house you are fully equipped. We have a dishwasher, two washing machines and a dryer. In addition, of course, we also have the indispensable internet. For these facilities you pay about a tenner per month on top of the rent. With warm weather you can enjoy the sun all day long on our cool roof-ter-breed. We eat every evening together with the housemates present. On house evenings (once every two weeks) everyone is at home and we undertake all kinds of activities: from drinking and pool to padel and theme nights! We also regularly chill in each other's room and/or watch a movie together. Every year we all go on a house weekend. In the past, we have made Essen, Bruges, Bremen and Antwerp, among others, unsafe. We are all active in the student world. All housemates are members of a student association (Taste and Audentis), are a fraternity and/or are active in a sports association. We like to see our housemates get active, but being able to do your own thing in our house is also very important!
