TranslateHello future female roommate! We are looking for a subtenant for a period of six months (Sept-Feb), because Nienke (22) is going to Rotterdam for her graduation internship. The room is approximately 16 m² and will therefore be temporarily available. Nienke will also leave some furniture in the room in consultation. Our house is located in Enschede, with good connections to the center (walking distance), Saxion (5 min by bike) and the university (15 min by bike). We are a nice group of housemates who like to cook together, play games and have a drink every now and then. You live with two nice boys Luc (21) and Michel (22) and another female roommate who we are currently looking for. The house has a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen, a neat bathroom and a roof terrace where we can barbecue in the summer. The rent for the room is €380 per month, including gas, water, electricity, excluding €15-20 for internet. The deposit is €50, which will be refunded after a neat delivery.
