TranslateDUTCH SPEAKING ONLYHallo room seekers! We are Huize Hobbledehoy, an active student house with 11 residents, of which 6 are currently men and 5 women. We all study at the University of Twente or at Saxion and are also active in various student, study and sports associations and fraternities. Our house used to be a café, which you can see in our spacious living room (80 m2!) with bar, tap, fireplace, dining table for 11 people, a spacious sitting area and even a pool table! We also have a spacious kitchen on both the upper and lower floors. We share four toilets, a urinal and three showers. Once a week we clean according to the cleaning schedule. What should not go unmentioned is our spacious roof terrace of about 150 m2 where we can chill out when the weather is nice. Our house is located on the Lasonderstraat, which means that you can be in the center of the city within 2 minutes, at Saxion within 5 minutes and at the University within fifteen minutes. In addition to the fact that our house is equipped with every luxury, we are very close to each other as roommates. Every Monday we have a (non-committal) house evening where we occasionally do an activity together, play a game, drink a beer, exercise together or watch TV together. We also have a number of traditions such as the house dinner, a drink with former residents and one of the largest annual house parties in Enschede! We are looking for a new female or male roommate from May 1st! The room that is available is approx. 16m2 and the rent is approx. 369 euros per month (including gas/water/electricity).
