I am looking for a new roommate for this beautiful apartment in the heart of Enschede. Two rooms become available (19 m2 and 22.5 mm2), for which I am looking for 1 roommate. The rooms are perfect to use as a bedroom and study/hobby room/etc. Furthermore, the apartment also has a spacious shared living room. The communal areas are together about 60m2. The kitchen has all the usual conveniences (fridge/stove/my oven/microwave/dishwasher) and the living room is furnished. The station is a 10-minute walk (8 if you're in a hurry). Buses, supermarkets and restaurants are all close by as well. The hallway has 3 large built-in cupboards, so we have a relatively large amount of storage space. The living room is located between your rooms and my room, so we are not bothered by each other's noise. We certainly won't wake up to each other's alarm clocks! REQUIREMENTS:-25 years+ -Working (not a student)-Not allergic to cats (and preferably a big fan)-Queer-friendly-TidyI like to eat together every now and then if it suits us, but it's also nice to be able to do our own thing. I'm not a big fan of the regular home evenings and/or eating together every night. I'm also looking for someone who, like me, prefers not to throw regular house parties or has guests over every day. Fortunately, all the frames and windows of the entire building will be replaced in September. This will also improve the insulation and hopefully allow us to save more on energy bills. The room of 22.5 m2 also has some unsightly spots on the wall from a leak. The leak has now been completely solved and the landlord has already agreed to have a professional painter come after the window frames are done. We have a good relationship with our landlord and problems have always been solved quickly in the past.-The center of Enschede is car-free. If you have a car, you should take a look at what permits you need and how much it costs. Nearest free car park is approx. 20 minutes walk. The HJ van Heek garage is nearby.
