Hello future roommate (F)! As of August 1, a room will become available in our House Concordia. The room is over 15m2 and costs €339,- including g/w/l. We have a shared living room/kitchen and bathroom. We also have a nice garden where you can enjoy the sun or a nice beer or wine. You will be living with three other roommates: Roy, Job and Marith. Roy is now working on his master's degree, after a few busy student years. He is mainly still active in his fraternity NTB and of course within the house. He also likes to exercise and is not averse to a beer. Job has (almost) completed his bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and will be doing a board year at the Stress study association next year. Job can tell you all about the best beers and likes to cook together and of course that includes Job's (good) puns. Every now and then you can hear the beautiful sounds of Job's guitar playing from the living room (that's better than Roy's singing in the shower). Marith is studying Forensic Investigation at Saxion and is also active in the Skeuvel sports club. She likes to exercise and then drink a glass of wine or beer in the sports canteen. We are a house without obligations (except for the weekly cleaning task) but we like to eat together with the people who are at home. The previous occupant made a custom-made bed, with storage space underneath. In addition, there are other pieces of furniture in good condition that can be bought for an appropriate amount, which will most likely be around €250. Saves you both lugging ;) again.
