TranslateHuize château de monpezat is a close-knit student house with 5 boys, 3 of whom are unfortunately leaving. As a result, we are also open to a mixed house. About the room, this is 27m2 (part of which you can't stand because of the sloping roof) with 2 shared showers and toilets with your other 4 roommates, the room also has its own sink and mirror. The rent is 375 and the additional costs for gwl and internet are 90 (total of 465) And as for the house, it is located exactly between the university (max 4 minutes) and saxion (max 8 minutes). We are looking for a roommate who likes to do things with his house and is not averse to a beer. Think, for example, of going to the movies or spontaneously going out in the city. We don't have any obligations indoors, except for cleaning schedules, but would love it if our roommate regularly eats with us or shows his face in the living room. We (sort of) work with a cooking schedule, which means that you cook on average once a week. So what are we looking for?
