TranslateAre you looking for a new room in Enschede as of May 1? Then we have good news! In our cozy and attractive house, Huize Orkapoes, a room becomes available. The room is 20 m², has its own sink and is conveniently divided into two parts, so you can easily turn it into a separate sleeping and living area. Thanks to the large windows, you have a nice view of our beautiful garden, where we often eat together and organize barbecues in the summer. The rent is €460 inclusive. You will live with three roommates: one woman and two men. We are all members of different associations, but that is certainly not a requirement to live here. Everyone is in a different phase of their studies and studies at the UT or Saxion. Our house is cozy and social, but without obligations. We like to eat together with those who are at home, celebrate each other's birthdays extensively and occasionally drink a beer or wine together. We don't have fixed house evenings, but we do keep the house tidy with a cleaning schedule. The house is located in Roombeek, a nice and quiet residential area in North Enschede. Within five minutes you can cycle to the center and Saxion, the UT is about 15 minutes by bike. The Jumbo is five minutes away, and other supermarkets can be reached within ten minutes. We don't have a preference for a man or woman, but Pien would find it extra cozy if a girl comes to live with us! Would you like to come into our house?
