TranslateHave you always wanted to live in a castle but never had the money for it? Or have you had secret ambitions to live in the same street as a king for a long time? So do we! Unfortunately, we haven't succeeded yet... But we did find a great compromise: 'The Palace', as we call it, a beautiful student house in the middle of a vinex district. And now I have good news for you, because there will soon be a spot left!! Would you like to share this Palace with 4 cozy roommates, dine in our beautiful throne room in the evening and celebrate the 'keyser evening' with us once every few weeks with a few delicious cold beers? Please contact us and we will undoubtedly be able to set a date when we can have a drink and show you the house. And then the boring information, the room on the ground floor and 12m² for €375 per month including gas light etc etc. We share in the house a bathroom with shower and separate from that a bath! Furthermore, we have a shared living room, kitchen with dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine, dryer and some sports equipment. The house is about fifteen minutes by bike from both the uni and the center. If you like it, we would say: Come and have a drink. (disclaimer: for dramatic effect, some aspects of the house are worded a bit majestically, e.g. the promised 'throne room' is unfortunately just a living room)Interested in this property?
