The attic can be reached via stairs at the garden/back door (private entrance) and you share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room with the current residents. The kitchen is modern and renovated 2 years ago, equipped with a dishwasher. In addition, you can use a washing machine and dryer, which completes your daily convenience. The house is located in a quiet street, less than a 5-minute walk from a shopping center for all your daily shopping. The house is also easily accessible by public transport: the bus stop (t Wilbert Oost) is a 5-minute walk away and has direct connections to Hengelo Central, University of Twente and Enschede Central. The center of Hengelo is also only a 15-minute walk away. This is a relaxed house, we sometimes eat together or sit together in the living room, but we have no obligations (except for the weekly cleaning tasks) and like to do our own thing.
